The Lake course plays around a lily-edged, four-acre lake and over two meandering creeks bringing water and associated wetlands into play on eight of the nine holes. From holes #1, #2 and #3, sloping down and around the lake, to #7 where the green cuts into the lake, this nine appears open and lush. Seasonal wildflowers burst into view on hole #8 and natural grasses threaten to steal your shot at various points along the way. |
Lake Hole #7, Par 5 Measuring from 463 (Oak tees) to 572 (Hawk tees) yards, this hole opens with a wetland that needs to be carried off the tee and a creek that runs along side the tee before crossing the fairway. A good second shot should carry the creek leading to your approach into the green which is wrapped in the biggest lake on the course.
