Corporate Meetings

All meetings include standard table setup. Any non-standard requests may incur additional charges. All staging equipment must be rented through Cinnabar Hills Golf Club. Standard room usage does not include the Museum. Meetings may not begin before 7:30 a.m. 

Meeting Room Rental Fee -- $500

Applicable tax and 20% service charge will be applied


A/V Package (includes draping for windows)

$500 per meeting
