Tournaments

Cinnabar Hills Golf Club can accommodate tournament groups ranging in size from 20 to 270 players, utilizing all 27 holes if necessary.

Consecutive Tournaments:

A consecutive tournament accommodates a minimum of 20 players. Included in the tournament package are green fee, cart, cart signs, scorecards and a $5 credit per player in the golf shop. We will also provide your group with any Closest to the Pin or Longest Drive markers if necessary. Cinnabar Hills requires a deposit of $250 along with the contract to secure your reservation. This deposit is refundable up until 4 weeks prior to the tournament.

These prices are for tournaments with the first tee time at 9:30 a.m. The per player price inlcudes green fee, cart fee, cart signs, scorecards, and a $5 per player credit in the golf shop. All players also receive a coupon for 50% off a Full Rate Green Fee (Good on Monday-Friday). The coupon is only valid in the year 2015 and not valid on holidays or during tournament rounds.

Shotgun Tournaments:

A shotgun event can be scheduled for groups over 48 players. Included in the tournament package are scorecards, scoreboard and scoring, cart signs, contest set-up (longest drive, closest to the pin), a $5 per player credit in the golf shop, and range balls. A $1,000 deposit is required three weeks after receiving the contract.

The staff at Cinnabar Hills wants to ensure your tournament runs smoothly and we will do everything we can to help you. These are some of the services included in the tournament fee:

  • Preparation of scorecards
  • Preparation of scoreboard and scoring
  • Cart signs
  • Bag drop assistance
  • Rules sheet
  • Tournament information speech prior to tee-off
  • Closest-to-pin/longest drive contests set up
  • Hanging of tournament and/or sponsor banners
  • Registration set-up and break-down of tables. Linens are included.
  • Range balls
  • $5 credit per player in golf shop
  • 20% apparel discount and 10% off clubs (not including Ping) and golf balls on teh day of the tournament for all players
  • Silent auction set-up and break-down of tables (if desired). Linens are included.
  • Putting contest set-up (if desired).
