Golf Reservations can be made at Cinnabar Hills in four different ways:
- Book a Tee-Time Here! (up to 30 days in advance)
- Contact the Golf Shop at (408) 323-7815 (up to 14 days in advance)
- Utilize the automated reservation system at (408) 323-7880 available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- In person in the Golf Shop.

Reservation policies depending on number of players and date of reservation:
- Reservation policy for one to five groups (20 players) within two-weeks:
Golf reservations can be made through the Golf Shop or through the automated reservation system starting at 7 a.m. two weeks prior to the day of play. All reservations are secured by a credit card. A 24-hour cancellation prior to each tee-time is required. Please contact the Golf Shop to cancel a reservation and request a confirmation number for your records. If a golf reservation is not cancelled, the players will be charged as though they played.
- Reservation policy for one to five groups (20 players) within 30 days:
Golf reservations can be made online. See above "Book a Tee Time Here."A 24-hour cancellation prior to each tee-time is required. Please contact the Golf Shop to cancel a reservation and request a confirmation number for your records. If a golf reservation is not cancelled, the players will be charged as though they played.
- Reservation policy for one to five groups (20 players) beyond 30 days:
Golf reservations must be made through the Golf Shop at (408) 323-7815. A $50.00 non-refundable charge per tee-time will apply. This advance reservation is available up to 90 days. A 48-hour cancellation prior to each tee-time is required. Please contact the Golf Shop to cancel a reservation and request a confirmation number for your records. If a golf reservation is not cancelled, the players will be charged as though they played.
- Reservation policy for 21 players or more beyond two weeks:
A golf reservation for 21 players or more is considered a tournament. To reserve a golf tournament, please contact Karl Soderquist at (408) 323-7850.
These reservations can be made up to one year in advance. Please refer to the Tournament Page for more information.

| Cart Policies |

Every cart has a D-GPS (Differential Global Positioning System) installed. This system offers customers the following features:
- Graphical hole overview
- Exact distancing via D-GPS
- Electronic scoring/real time leaderboard for tournaments
- Enhanced speed of play due to complete distance information
- More effective marshaling by monitoring the cart activity from the golf shop
- Snack bar ordering capabilities from all ninth tees
- One cart is required in every group to maximize the features of the D-GPS system (i.e., two players in every group could walk, but there would be no reduction in fees except for prime time play on Wednesdays and Thursdays). No more than two carts are allowed per group. If there are extra riders, there is a $20 fee per extra cart that goes out.
- Carts are allowed off the paths on these following holes where the paths are the most disconnected from the fairways:
- Lake: Holes #1, 3, 5, 7, 9
- Mountain: Holes #1, 3, 4, 5, 7
- Canyon: Holes #1, 6, 9
Handicap flags are allowed for customers with a DMV handicap placard. These customers will be allowed to use the 90-degree rule on all fairways except for the par 3 holes.

| Inclement Weather Policy |

Cinnabar Hills GC requires a 24-hour cancellation notice for tee-times. However, if it is raining the day you are planning to play golf, you may contact the Golf Shop and cancel your tee-time anytime as long as it is before your scheduled round. If you wish to postpone your tee-time, just call the Golf Shop and the staff will let you know what tee-times are available. If the golf tee-times are not cancelled, Cinnabar Hills will charge your credit card for the appropriate green fees.
Once you tee-off the first hole, you are committed to at least a 9-hole fee (twilight fee). If you tee-off on the 10th hole, you are committed to an 18-hole fee. If you elect to discontinue your round after 9 holes, we will refund you the difference between an 18-hole fee and a "twilight" fee. We do not issue rain checks. There will be no reduction in fees or refunds when you pay a twilight fee, super twilight fee, Early Bird fee or any "special" fee.
Fog Policy - We do not delay tee times or give refunds because of fog. If you elect not to play, that is fine, there will be no charge.
Frost Policy - We will delay golfers do to frost if we believe the conditions are dangerous. We are aggressive when it comes to attempting to get you on the course. Call the golf shop at 408-323-7815 for estimated start times.

| Dress Code |
|
| Because Cinnabar Hills is a public golf course, we do not enforce a dress code for our players. You may wear denim jeans, tank tops or shorts; however, Cinnabar Hills appreciates traditional golf attire and requires the use of soft spikes.
