Banquet Information Banquet breakfast and lunch are available for tournament groups of 20 or more guests. Banquet dinners are available for tournaments of 40 or more guests. Please see our tournament menus to the left for pricing and more information. Beverages on the Course Shotgun tournaments are allowed to bring their own beverages and distribute them on the golf course for a per-player charge of $5. For a fee of $6.50 per player, Cinnabar Hills will provide unlimited sodas and water stationed at two locations per nine holes. For a fee of $11, domestic beer will be included as well. Cinnabar Hills will handle the set-up of all drinks as well as restocking and provide ice and coolers for the entire day. These drinks may not be brought inside the clubhouse, restaurant, or banquet facilities at any time. Food on the Course Shotgun tournaments, with a scheduled dinner following the round, are allowed to bring their own box lunches or hire an outside caterer to provide food prior to or during the round for no extra charge. These food items may not be brought inside the clubhouse, restaurant, or banquet facilities at any time. Corkage Fees Wine and/or champagne may be brought for any dinner event for a fee of $8 per 750-ml bottle and $14 per magnum bottle. Wine is also available for purchase from Cinnabar Hills Golf Club for all events. Open Tabs Cinnabar Hills allows any tournament group to have open tabs in the snack bar, on the beverage cart and/or in the restaurant/bar. If you need to set limits on what your guests consume, you may want to consider buying drink tickets for a certain amount to give out. |
